Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only after the server verifies availability and the required payment is confirmed by Stripe. Browser redirects alone do not confirm payment. Quoted times and mobile travel remain estimates until validated.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund windows are configured by the studio and shown before payment. Late arrival may reduce service time. The studio may decline services when they would be unsafe or unsuitable.

Mobile appointments

Mobile availability depends on service type, route feasibility, travel zones, schedule buffers and location suitability. Some requests require manual approval.

Products

Orders are subject to stock confirmation. Applicable tax, pickup or delivery details are shown before final payment.
